KV-2 - Brad Littleboy

This is the Tamiya 1:35 KV-2 kit heavily modified. The hull, track guards, suspension arms and howitzer were rebuilt from scratch, the roadwheels were modified, and the return rollers and hatches replaced with items from the Tamiya KV-1B kit. Other improvements include Modelkasten track and On The Mark etch. The kit was airbrushed in Testors Russian Topside Green with progressively lightened coats mixed with Testors RAF Middlestone, and weathered with washes and pastels. Figures are from the Tamiya Russian Tank Crew at Rest set. Model was completed in 2001.
